Crewing Services: MMS services include crew recruitment, screening of qualification, certification of crew members, medical records, payroll, implementation of drug and alcohol policies, crew P&I insurance and claims management.

Training: All crew members must pass extensive training from outside sources and are drilled for a wide variety of scenarios, from onboard incidents to oil spills, groundings, fires and abandoning ship.

Sale and Purchase/Chartering Services: MMS assists Owners and Operators with chartering or purchasing MMS-managed vessels, selling their vessels, or soliciting investors in the case of a new building or secondhand purchase. MMS will also arrange vessel inspections and valuations, pre-purchase record investigations, MOA negotiations and other related services.

Technical Consultancy: Technical expertise and supervision for dry-docking or repairs afloat and new building, surveys, pre-vetting inspections and other marine-related services, advice on vessel's registry and consulting on transportation studies and new business development.

ISM, ISO9002 and ISO14000 Implementation, Awareness Training, Internal/External Audits, Document Control and Maintenance Services: Consulting on ISM/ISO9001/9002 Quality Management Systems and ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems, including development, implementation, training, auditing and maintenance of the systems.
